Louise has been working for Upward Bound since 1998. She currently works with Upward Bound students in the North Country at Berlin, Gorham, and Kennett High Schools as their academic year advisor. She also coordinates the North Country Enrichment Nights.
Louise has a B.A. in psychology, with minors in French and education, from the University of New Hampshire.
